I’m constantly asked in session how to manifest what we want.
First, we need to throw out the word manifest because it’s overused, yet having a clear vision requires faith in the power of your mind. Hypnosis is excellent for this. Most of us were not raised to believe in our will — but to seek and trust outside sources for the answers. Hm. Wonder why?
That’s like looking through a dirty window, hoping for 20/20 vision.
Having an active intention is not hammering your prayers to the Universe, begging that someone hears you. It’s believing that wherever you place your energy is about to arrive in physical form while being aware of the extraordinary power you possess, as you also acknowledge the Divine or whatever you see as “god”, including yourself (scary, I know . . .)
For example, I love to put my visionary gifts into action whenever I travel — even short distances — and spend time beforehand imagining the ideal trip, rather than stress. I imagine safe driving, effortless flow and gorgeous views; priority check-in/out, discounts, upgrades, quick security, rejuvenating sleep. I imagine everyone who crosses my path makes my life easier. This has brought amazing experiences — and I’m still surprised when it “works”.
It works because it’s me creating me. My movie, my experience, my pancake (read my latest novel I Was Once A Person to get that analogy . . .)
You don’t have to speak your desires on repeat. You’ve been heard.
There is an art to letting go of the outcome, so imagine the Divine — or your greater self, et al. — bringing what is best. Again, an active hypnosis practice is great for this — and YT has thousands of hypnosis videos to consider.
However, there are some aspects you can’t see, especially the choices of others. You can only control your life and even that takes a light touch. Do your best to have steady faith and believe. It’s always good to say, This or something better.
Guess what? We’re humans in this video game and sometimes what we want isn’t what is best for us. It’s like that old saying, Rejection is God’s protection. It’s not your fault if it doesn’t arrive. It means that your path has been diverted to something better — but this usually isn’t seen until you are granted the wisdom of hindsight.
Whoever said spirituality is easy — lied. A daily turning within takes desire and devotion.
It’s switching off the phone and stepping into the muck of belief systems that we’ve carried for decades and asking Why? It’s removing negative influences — including people, social media accounts and the like, if possible. It’s upgrading your diet, fabrics and drinking pure water. It’s not listening to news while swimming in a sea of powerlessness. It’s removing the interior war that you and I carry, lifetime after lifetime. It’s allowing peace of mind and heart to be the goal, whether that’s through meditation or simply slowing down and truly enjoying the precious, brief life you’ve been given.
Abundance isn’t just money, as wonderful as money is.
Abundance is an easy mind, an unexpected lovely day, a gift that is offered because they care and want you to relax. It’s having time with your chosen/family (if you actually like them); it’s being able to sleep when you want; it’s having a consistently healthy body and a life you feel proud to live.
Abundance is the grace to realize that you’re amazing and if you forget, look in the mirror, take a breath and say with conviction, I AM A FUCKING GODDESS. Then repeat. That’s abundance.
The more that you can love yourself and realize how worthy and incredible you are, you’ll see how quickly all kinds of goodness flows in. Because finally, you realize that you deserve it. You have always deserved it.
